Casablanca

Morocco's business capital — art deco, ocean and the Hassan II Mosque

Casablanca is where most long-haul flights land and where our office sits. It is a working city rather than a postcard one, but the Hassan II Mosque is unmissable, the art deco downtown is genuinely special, and the Corniche has the best contemporary dining in the country.

Plan Casablanca with us

We book the tours, the riad or villa, the driver and the tables — one plan, one point of contact.

Know before you go

Best time to visit

April–November. The coast keeps summers mild compared with Marrakech.

Getting there & around

Mohammed V Airport is 40 minutes from the centre with a direct train. Trams and taxis cover the city; we recommend a driver for a packed day.

Where to stay

Serviced apartments in Anfa or Gauthier for space and restaurants, or hotels near the Corniche for sea air.

Eating & drinking

The country's strongest fine-dining and seafood scene — reservations recommended and easily arranged by us.

Local tips

  • Book mosque tours around the fixed daily visiting slots.
  • Traffic is heavy 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00 — plan transfers around it.
  • Ideal first or last night when flights are early.
