Terms of Service

By making a booking with Moroccan Journeys you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & payment

All bookings are confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp. Prices are quoted in AED unless stated and include applicable taxes.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50%.
• No-shows are charged at 100%.

Liability

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow guide instructions at all times. Pregnant guests, guests with back conditions and children under 3 should not participate in dune bashing.

Force majeure

We may reschedule or cancel tours due to weather, government restrictions or other events outside our control; a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
