Riad, Villa or Apartment: Where to Stay in Morocco

A riad is a traditional courtyard house inside the medina: zellige tiles, a plunge pool, a rooftop terrace and total quiet behind a plain door. Perfect for couples and small groups who want to walk everywhere.

Villas in the Palmeraie or Agafay suit families and groups — large pools, gardens, space for children, and staff who can cook. You will want a car and driver, as taxis into the medina add up.

Modern apartments in Gueliz, Casablanca or Essaouira are the practical choice for longer stays and business trips: lifts, parking, supermarkets and cafes on the doorstep.

Every property we manage is fully furnished with high-speed wifi, satellite TV, fresh towels and linen, and housekeeping every two days as standard — daily cleaning, a private chef, a car and driver or airport transfers can all be added for an extra fee.
